Care for the Carers’ Intensive Support to Carers in Hastings project was a four-month pilot project providing intensive support to carers in areas of known high health inequalities in the Hastings area, during December 2020-March 2021. It was commissioned by East Sussex County Council and NHS East Sussex Clinical Commissioning Group through the Healthy Hastings and Rother Programme, and was a collaboration project with the Hastings and St Leonards Primary Care Network.
