The judges for 2025’s list of healthcare’s 50 most influential Black and minority ethnic leaders

The following judges attended the in-person judging session for this year’s Black, Asian and minority ethnic 50, held in July:

Jagtar Singh, former chair, Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust, was unable to make the judging but contributed comments.

Ms Ivey, Professor Singh and Mr Naqvi did not take part when they were considered for the top 50.

Criteria

The Black, Asian and minority ethnic 50 seeks to measure positive power and influence in the English NHS and health policy in the 12 months following the judging date (so in this case from July 2025 to June 2026).
