  • Phil Hope was violentlly opposed to extending Patient Choice into NHS mental health services but relentlessly pushed shallow 'anti-stigma' ideology and networked contracts towards the self-serving 'campaigning' corporate mental health charity service providers often at the expense of the NHS and other independent mental health service providers - any therapy/counselling services not based around CBT - as well as patients themselves.
