Despite the controversy surrounding its former chief executive Paula Vasco Knight’s decision to step down after her suspension, 77 per cent of staff say that they would recommend South Devon as a place to work and 82 per cent would be happy for friends and family to receive care there. Staff feel supported by colleagues.
