WINNER: Remedium Partners: Overseas Innovation for the NHS

Remedium organised and facilitated an overseas “direct to source” recruitment campaign to ensure emergency medicine doctors were in post before “Winter Pressures 2018”.

The partnership enabled London North West Healthcare University Trust to recruit 20 highly skilled emergency department doctors, reducing the reliance on agency locums. The project improved patient care and experience, with stronger clinical outcomes overall.
