As NHSE&I already had a contract with Capita Learning (formerly Knowledgepool), who were the prime supplier under the CCS L&D Managed Learning Service Framework RM3822, it was a simple decision to utilise this to ensure efficient access to best of breed and preferred supplier Bond Solon who have successfully delivered this for multiple years with excellent feedback.
