WINNER: KFM: Enhanced Supply Chain Service

KFM partnered with King’s College Hospital NHS FT to design and implement an ambitious end-to-end supply chain transformation and expansion programme which resolved operational problems by improving efficiency across every clinical area. The outcome of the programme has been to release significant time back to clinicians, enabling them to focus on providing world-class patient care.

It has also released value through efficiency, sustainability, quality and financial benefits by embedding modern technology. The staff at King’s love it and KFM are in discussion with other potential customers.
