HSJ Digital Awards 2026: Digital Innovator of the Year

I led Health and Care Research for All: Strengthening Eastern European Voices, a six-month programme designed to transform how underserved communities engage with research and statutory services in Northamptonshire. By combining mobile research hubs with targeted social media outreach and AI-generated explainer videos in six Eastern European languages, my team and I helped address longstanding language and trust barriers. This approach reached more than 20,000 people online and more than 400 in person. The model has since informed an ICS-wide “system explainer” initiative and created a scalable, culturally sensitive blueprint for inclusive, data-driven research engagement across the system.
