Greater Manchester Cancer Alliance

ePortfolio Platform

The GM Cancer ePortfolio Platform is transforming how the NHS supports professional development, revalidation and meaningful appraisal. Providing one intuitive digital space to record learning, demonstrate competence and plan career progression, it replaces fragmented, paper-based processes with a streamlined, capability-based approach that strengthens wellbeing, confidence and day-to-day practice. Co-designed with the workforce, the platform has been adopted across multiple regions and professions, giving managers real-time insight to support targeted development, reduce duplication and deploy skills more effectively. As national uptake continues to grow, the platform is setting a new standard for equitable, efficient and data-driven workforce development.
