The lack of interoperability across the health and care system means that care workers do not have access to the right information in the right place at the right time, which can result in a sub-optimal patient experience, or worse! Interweave bridges this gap and delivers interoperability at scale, aligning to national policy on data standards by building an open, vendor-neutral platform using HL7 FHIR, a decision that directly supports the national move away from proprietary solutions and convergence towards common standards.
