My Clinical Feedback
Paramedics and ambulance clinicians are often the first to treat patients in urgent and emergency settings, yet have historically lacked access to any feedback on patient outcomes – the impact of their care. My Clinical Feedback has changed this, for the first time in the UK, giving ambulance clinicians easy access to knowledge of what happens to their patients. Embedded across the London Ambulance Service, it helps frontline clinicians reflect on their interventions, learn from outcomes, and continually improve patient safety. Empowering crews and clinical leaders with meaningful feedback, the app fosters evidence-based decision-making and more efficient, high-quality emergency care.
