Emergency Care Improvement Programme with Wythenshawe Hospital
In July 2024, Prism Improvement was commissioned by Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust to work with staff at Wythenshawe Hospital to support improvements to emergency care pathways. Initially, the team collaborated with staff to review the hospital’s current emergency care improvement priorities and recommend high-impact areas for initial focus. From September to December 2024, Prism worked alongside staff to design, develop, and deliver these priority projects, ensuring that improvements were tested and embedded, and that the ongoing focus on delivering them would be sustainable.
