Previously fragmented across hundreds of providers, the team has delivered a metadata-driven ingestion framework and cloud-based Snowflake warehouse to create a unified single source of truth. New data sources can now be onboarded in hours rather than days, with built-in auditing, validation, and rollback capabilities. This modern platform underpins population health dashboards, accelerates insights into long-term conditions, and provides a secure research environment – driving safer, more joined-up care for patients across north west London.
