Circle Integrated Care and Bedfordshire MSK

Over the past decade, organisers say they have pioneered a preventive health model in Bedfordshire that has delivered a 52 per cent reduction in secondary care admissions compared to peer integrated care boards. This approach has not only eased pressures on secondary care services but has also strengthened patient confidence in NHS care delivery. In practical terms, 96 per cent of patients tell organisers they feel supported by and, crucially, involved in their care. Meanwhile, 97 per cent say they would recommend the services to others who need them.
