Flok Health & Cambridgeshire Community Services Trust

An AI Physiotherapy Service in Cambridgeshire & Peterborough

In a pioneering 12-week pilot, Flok Health partnered with Cambridgeshire Community Services Trust to deploy an AI-powered physiotherapy clinic, providing same-day access to care for back pain. Patients across Cambridgeshire and Peterborough were able to access personalised, at-home care through an integrated smartphone app.

The trust was the first in England to deploy Flok – the UK’s first and only digital musculoskeletal provider approved by the Care Quality Commission. The project demonstrates the potential impact of AI-enhanced treatment on the efficiency and quality of NHS musculoskeletal services, patient outcomes, and access to care.
